According to Mike Harsh WPF/E isn't just about JScript programmability.

"The WPF/E package also contains a small, cross platform subset of the CLR and .NET Framework that can run C# or VB.NET code."

It will be interesting to see how "big" this small subset is. Generics? System.XML? Reflection.Emit? PInvoke? :)
