Sometimes after rebooting Windows my taskbar behaves strangely - mysterious additional toolbars show up, and I can't turn them off. Has anyone seen this before and know whats causing it / how to fix? Sigh... I really need something better than mspaint.exe for compressing images. Paint.NET isn't any better either. PNGs turn out huge, GIFs have terrible dithering, and as for JPEG I can't see any way to specify how much compression I want. Update: Ok, now my taskbar wont auto-hide - am I cursed?
